Easy Chicken Pot Pie
  • 2 Pet-Ritz Pie shells
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cans (10 1/2 0z.) condensed Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 package frozen vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay first pie shell in 9 inch pie pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and spoon into pie crust. Cover with second pie shell folding and joining edges of the two shells. Cut slits in top of crust. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until crust is done and center is warm.
