Onion Pork Chops with Brown Gravy
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
Brown pork chops on each side in frying pan. Place onion slices in bottom of crock pot. Put in pork chops. Put Cream of Mushroom soup on top. Cook on low 8 hours. HINT: This recipe seems to have more flavor if you do all the steps but putting the soup in the night before and leave it in the refrigerator over night. Then put the soup in the morning. CAUTION: If you do this second method, allow the crock pot to come closer to room temperature before you starting cooking. Otherwise your crock may break from the heat change.
