Sloppy Joes
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 11/2 to 2 pounds hamburger (fried and drained)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons regular mustard
  • Hamburger buns
The amount of hamburger is whether you want thick or saucey sloppy joes. The more hamburger you use the thicker it will be. Make sure hamburger is completely cooked and drained. Combine all ingredients in crock pot except buns. Cook on low 8 hours. Serve over buns or eat as sandwich.
