Tortilla Cheese Soup
  • 2 cans (@ 10 oz. each) condensed Cream of Chicken soup
  • 2 cans of milk
  • 1 can of water
  • 1 large can (@ 19 oz.) of Spicy Chicken and Vegetable soup
  • 1 pound Velvetta cheese
  • 1 12 to 16 oz. jar of salsa
  • 1 large can chunk white chicken
  • Bread bowls (large round bread loafs in which you cut off the tops and pull out the insides.)
  • Tortilla Chips
This recipe requires a large size Crock pot. If you don't have that size it can be made on the stove however it may scorch if not watched carefully. You need to cook on low for about 8 hours if you don't premelt the chesse. If you premelt the cheese, about one to three hours on low will suffice. You can make it faster but the flavor isn't quite as good. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook as above. When ready serve in bread bowls with tortilla chips. Serves 6 to 8 good size servings.
